Design a new cutting-edge administration and marketing tool for realtors, contractors and property development companies
Estatetool A/S was acquired together Rigardo with by the agency nood. with the idea of combining sales a sales and administration software with the know how of an entrepreneur focused agency.
Having the base functionalities and ideas sketched and described they needed a full design of the system for their development team based in India.
With a tight deadline of three months the entire software had to be designed in Figma and organised with a fitting design system.

Once I joined the Estatetool project, one of my first tasks was to bring structure and clarity to the design process. The initial ideas and sketches were strong, but there was a need for a solid foundation to build on. I set up a comprehensive design system in Figma, ensuring all components were consistent, scalable, and easy for the entire team to work with – both in Denmark and for our developers in India. This system created the order and design rules we needed to start shaping the complex platform efficiently.With the design framework in place, we moved on to designing the full administration and marketing system. It was a challenging process, not only because of the tight deadlines and high expectations from customers, but also due to the sensitive personal data the platform needed to handle. Throughout the design, I made sure that WCAG accessibility standards were integrated from the start to ensure usability for everyone, regardless of ability.Despite the pressure, it was rewarding to be part of building something that challenged the status quo in the real estate industry. As the CEO describes, Estatetool wasn’t about digitalising everything just for the sake of it – it was about making life easier for administrators, landlords, and realtors, so they could focus on the work that truly matters.
