I joined Bang & Olufsen as a Design Consultant during a time of major transition, where the focus was on returning to their luxury brand roots while creating a seamless customer experience across online and physical stores.My work included giving their e-commerce solution a much-needed touch-up by updating and expanding the design component library in Figma, ensuring consistency and quality across digital touchpoints. I also collaborated closely with management from multiple departments to create comprehensive guidelines for the online presence of their franchise stores, aligning digital brand expression with in-store experiences.Finally, I redesigned the “My Account” section of their website, aligning it with the updated design language while making sure accessibility and ease of use remained top priorities.
